You Are:
UST is looking for a very enthusiastic and driven Technical Delivery Manager to join the Telecommunications vertical. UST's customer engagements include Enterprise Data Services, DevOps, and Operations. The technology landscape involves primarily Big Data, Azure Cloud services, Data services on Azure and Snowflake, and AI/ML. The ideal candidate needs to have a good engineering mindset, thought leadership, understanding, and strong command of Big Data concepts, Azure, and Snowflake to manage the delivery of these engagements and work closely with the UST Agile teams and the customer daily to ensure flawless delivery and customer delight.
The Opportunity:
· Single point of contact for customers for any UST delivery and resource-related matters. Responsible for the delivery of all the engagements and working closely with Scrum teams to ensure delivery is on track and there are no slippages.
· Provide thought leadership to create a culture of innovation within the teams and develop innovative solutions to problems without precedent that improve business performance and contribute to organization goals.
· Engage/work with key client stakeholders and drive through the end-to-end requirements of the delivery, ensuring customer expectations are met.
· Manage the P&L of a portfolio with a TCV of $8 million.
· Ensure delivery and operational excellence and technical thought leadership to the customer.
· Work with customers and UST leads daily, reviewing the engagement's progress, suggesting course corrections, bringing innovative ideas and value adds, and mitigating risks and issues.
· Prepare customer status reports and present them weekly, monthly, and quarterly to C-level executives
· Develop and track metrics/KPIs to detect project health and trends and drive corrective measures.
· Monitor the delivery processes followed in each of the engagements and take measures to address any gaps.
· Identify revenue growth opportunities and be responsible for expanding the assigned portfolios.
· Provide technical thought leadership and creative solutioning ideas for RFI and RFP responses.
· Drive innovations, best practices, and automation, resulting in cost savings, efficiency, and revenue growth.
· Collaborate with UST internal teams and the ecosystem to help the development team and address customer needs.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Georgia
Compensation Range: $110,000-$165,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
