We are responsible for the end-to-end technical process, from initial concept to final garment, the team ensures high-quality standards and product excellence while meeting company and divisional KPIs. By closely collaborating with key stakeholders—including Product Development, Design, Merchandising, and global teams—the team plays a vital role in delivering the brand's DNA. **The Position** The Technical Development Manager ensures the highest product quality and pattern creation by collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and guiding the Technical Development team. They will oversee team operations, providing strategic direction aligned with brand goals, while addressing key challenges such as overdevelopment, calendar risks, and vendor performance, escalating when necessary. The manager leads technical product creation throughout the development cycle, attending key milestone meetings (e.g., sketch launch, proto review, SMS review) and advising on product improvements for production handover. **Key Responsibilities:** + Research & development + Cutting patterns and supporting the team during busy periods.
