Technical Director coordinate and maintain the efficient operation of MPAC's technical assets, ensuring all equipment is safe and functional. Exhibit professionalism and outstanding communication skills while effectively addressing various situations. Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and high technical expertise, along with a commitment to guest satisfaction. Flexibility in scheduling is required, as well as customer service and teamwork skills to manage and train associates in technical and theoretical applications.

Key Components of the role will include:

Operate and maintain theatre assets, including lighting, audio, video, and stage equipment. Oversee technical needs for events and assist guests with equipment. Guide production managers on in-house equipment usage and design implementation. Supervise event setups and teardowns. Prepare and oversee production budgets. Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
