Job Description:
Parsons is hiring a Computer Network Operations (CNO) expert to apply advanced military principles, theories, concepts and managerial oversight in the technical direction and execution of CNMF CTOC activities. You will also contribute Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in developing strategies, identifying process improvements and ensuring managerial proficiency in support of cyber operation requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing :
· Advise and assist the CNMF CTOC in mission management activities, assessing operational and technical risk
· Provide functional expertise in operational evaluation and acceptance of cyber capabilities and tools
· Draft policy and guidance for access and infrastructure
· Assess mission planning and mission packages in support of CNMF operational priorities and activities
· Assist in requirements management, workflow optimization, organizational dynamics, manpower utilization and knowledge management for the CTOC
· Provide expertise relevant to emerging CNMF/CTOC requirements for capabilities and make recommendations on possible solutions. Maintain visibility of ongoing efforts and ensure transparency across the enterprise
· Conduct multifaceted analysis and oversight of resourcing strategies to ensure sustainability for program implementation and operations
· Provide document review, analyze issues, prepare comments and coordination with leadership for policy, procedures and decision memoranda
· Support the cross-agency coordination of policy and documents via electronic dissemination to support consistent understanding and cognizance with respect to the CNMF CTOC’s position on sensitive issues
· Draft and coordinate point papers in support of CTOC leadership to accomplish a coordinated response with internal and external stakeholders
What Required Skills You’ll Bring :
· Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph
· 10+ years of experience in Computer Network Operations (CNO) strategy, policy, planning, requirements management and operations
· Extensive experience with the DoD planning processes at the joint level
· Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline in the area of expertise from an accredited college or university
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
· Familiarity with decision analysis and facilitation
· Experience with DoD cyber policy, strategy, doctrine and DoD implementation
· Experience at DoD Combatant Command
· Program management experience
· Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence
