Wood Digital Consulting (DC) is recruiting a Technical Document Compiler to support our UK projects.

This is a hybrid role that can be based anywhere in the UK, mobility and travel to customer sites and face to face meetings with colleagues will be expected as required.

Must be able to pass HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check. 

This role will involve being responsible for the gathering of information and compiling and producing indexed electronic Databooks in line with agreed Client Specifications. 

Categories of documentation include: Health and Safety detailed information; Environmental and Sustainability detailed information; Project Management documentation; Planning Authority consents and correspondence; Engineering Design documents, engineering drawings, and supporting materials; Procurement documentation and related certifications; Testing and Commissioning documentation including ITP (inspection and test plans), FAT/SAT (factory acceptance testing and site acceptance testing), calibration tests and certificates, equipment performance test results, as-built engineering drawings; Operations and Maintenance documents; Project Certifications.
