**Job Description**
BAE Systems is looking for a Technical Document Specialist to join our team for an exciting opportunity supporting an acquisition program for the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications System. The successful candidate will provide program and project management support the Strategic Automated Command Control System (SACCS) Acquisition Programs. This program is designed to extend SACCS systems life and transition into the follow-on system, known as Sentinel ICBM System (formerly Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD))
Our team includes existing staff with extensive expertise in the current Minuteman III weapon system and actively participates in ongoing studies and assessments for future systems updates.Duties will include but not limited to the following:
+ Lead individual projects within the program to include tasking, tracking, and execution based on the overall project schedule.
+ Problem solving on emerging project challenges.
+ Develop and track risk, provide mitigation steps and advise on opportunities for their project.
+ Interface between project stakeholders (internal and external).
+ Reporting project status, as requested by government customer.
+ Review and advise on technical materials, such as equipment manuals and Technical Orders
+ Draft, review, assist in the development of technical documents.
Potential candidates will validate the abilities to accomplish the following activities while demonstrating strong leadership attributes of a team of subject matter experts accomplishing the same:
+ Manage, coordinate, plan, organize, control, integrate and execute SACCS Acquisition Program Support through all phases awarded by the Government. Achieve financial, schedule, technical and new business performance objectives.
+ Model and demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety and security.
+ Attend internal and external meetings as required to cover both business items and customer requirements.
+ Review and approve all correspondence delivered to customer as deliverable item.
+ Follow all required processes especially the peer review process to ensure quality of products being delivered.
+ Accountable to the Program Manager for tasks/assignments.
+ Shall serve as a focal point for individual tasks/projects.
+ Directly support government leadership and maintain strong customer relationships.
+ Maintain other duties as assigned.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
**_Required Skills and Education_**
+ _At least 7 years of progressive technical experience._
+ _Have working level of contracting knowledge including_ Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs) and their associated deliverables, Comment Resolution Matrices (CRMs), technical evaluations, industry days, market research, and contract documentation.
+ Knowledgeable of on acquisition documents such as Middle Tier Acquisition, Major Capability Acquisition, Statements of Work, and Performance Work Statements.
+ _Excellent cognitive, communication (written and spoken), and interpersonal skills._
+ _Active US DoD Secret Security Clearance granted within the last 5 years._
+ _Demonstrated strong leadership skills specifically: setting expectations, managing work, and leading individuals and teams._
+ _Demonstrated self-discipline to plan and prioritize their own work with successful results._
+ Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
+ Due to its special-access, classified working environment, this position is only located at Hill AFB, Utah, and is not conducive to telework schedules.

+ _Bachelor s degree or higher education._
+ _Previous work with DoD, USAF or other military organizations._
+ _Experience managing within, or entire, DoD acquisition programs in a Systems Program Office._
+ _Experience with technical systems development._
+ _General knowledge of MS Project, Primavera or other scheduling tools._
+ _General knowledge of requirements management tools._
+ _General knowledge of model-based systems engineering processes._
+ _General knowledge of test documentation._
+ _Development of training curriculum._
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $77814 - $132283
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
