Technical Engineer II
As Nuvolo's **Technical Engineer II** , you will be responsible for using your ServiceNow knowledge and programming abilities to solve client issues, answer product questions, and plan, design and configure enhancement requests. **As a Technical Engineer II, your role will include:** + Assigning cases within the Technical Engineering Team (5%) + Troubleshooting and debugging complex technical systems and code (60%) + Communicating with Clients on daily basis (10%) + Documenting Client interactions, code/configuration changes, next steps (15%) + Continually learning ServiceNow features, Nuvolo products and features, and customized implementations of Nuvolo in Customer instances (10%) **This role could be a fit for you if you bring:** + Exceptional Customer Service Skills + 2+ years writing and debugging in an object-oriented language (JavaScript, Java, C#) or any full-stack web development framework + 2+ year working as a Developer in ServiceNow or 2+ years as a SN Admin + Fundamental understanding of + ITSM/ITIL (Change Management, Incident Management) + CMDB (CI's, CMDB Architecture) + SN Certified System Admin (CSA), & SN Certified Application Dev (CAD) + Diagnosing Performance Issues in SN + SN Service Portal/AngularJS experience/creating custom widgets/SCSS/Sass + Jelly, custom macros + Configuring any bi-directional integration + Business Application Development (Scoped application development) + SN's APIs, (g_form, g_user, Glide Record, Glide Ajax, etc.) + Client Scripts, + UI Policies/UI Policy Actions, + UI Actions + View Rules + Business Rules + ACLs + Data Policies + Notifications + Dictionary Entries, Overrides, and Attributes + Field Reference Qualifiers + Script Includes + UI Pages + XML, HTML, CSS + SN Service Catalog and Request Workflow + Importing Data, Transform Map and Field Scripting **Bonus points for:** + SN Certified System Admin (CSA),SN Certified Application Dev (CAD), orSN Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) **Who are we?** Nuvolo is the global leader in modern, cloud-based Connected Workplace solutions.
