Now, brands will be empowered to manage all digital channels and touchpoints throughout the customer journey—from one single platform.With globally distributed teams in North America, Europe and Asia, we are a tight-knit, dedicated team that passionately believes in our products, people, and culture.About the role:Take responsibility for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects of our flagship productGuide your team in making the best short- and long-term decisions for your projectsMentor engineers on your team to augment their technical skills and grow their careersResponsible for the collective software delivery, reliability, and resilience as well as the organizational health of the team Actively support stakeholders and peers in decision-making by asking the right questions and providing constructive feedbackResponsible for attracting and hiring new talents as we expand our teamsWork with our customer-facing teams to ensure successful project roll-outFacilitate collaboration with peers on shared goalsAbout you:5+ years of engineering experience and 2+ years of proven experience in people managementHands-on experience with OOP languagesExperience with web-development, preferably with SaaS productsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills in software developmentOrganization and supervisory skills for keeping track of employee performance, product development, and schedulesCommunication skills for working with employees as well as with peers and stakeholdersAbility to communicate in Hungarian and English (speaking, reading, and writing)What we can offer you:Hybrid working model (2-3 days on-site)Working on our flagship productExtra paid time offStockPrivate health insuranceIn-office food & beverages - including lunchTraining budgetMobile subscription coverageHome office budgetIn the case of non-EU citizens, You should have a Permanent Residence Card or Residence Card for Third-country National Family Member of EEA National, as we cannot support the visa process.
