About the Team:
We are looking for a Technical Executive to lead the Dassault Systèmes business and GTM strategy related to Manufacturing in Biopharma, including areas such as Execution Systems and Tech Transfer. You will have customer-facing skills and be inspired to further your professional career by using your technical experience in a commercial business environment. You will report to the manager of the team.
Responsibilities:
Refine customer's critical business issues to position the value of our manufacturing offering against competition Manage technical software evaluations, workshops and demonstrations Prepare and deliver presentations to business and informatics representatives, from a user to a C-level perspective Guide responses regarding Request for Information and Request for Proposals (RFI and RFP) As a domain expert, contribute to the Dassault Systèmes Biopharma Manufacturing go-to-market strategy, which a focus on MES Analyze and articulate differentiators and market positioning Support our customers in building their business case incl. Return on investment model Field Liaison for marketing and engineering team Promote executive level conversations about commercial manufacturing, share industry trends and experience. Coordinate with broader account and sales teams to lead opportunities Orchestrate and prioritize all technical activities in a way to guide and ensure achievement and respect of customer commitment Protect client and company interestsQualifications:
Experience and interest in continuous improvement BS, M.Sc., or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Pharmaceutical or related fields 5 or more years leadership experience in MSAT and MES is required, including shop floor experience Coordinate groups of people and groups of related projects and program activities Experience selling enterprise software following a structured sales process Team player and individual contributor Ability to travel (30-50%), including overnight and international travelAs with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on many factors including function, level, candidate experience, and geographic location.
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the NYC Metro Area is $96,750 - $129,000. The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the California Bay Area is $84,000 - $112,000. The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the Boston Metro Area is $78,000 - $104,000. The salary range for positions that will be physically based in Texas or Ohio is $87,000 - $116,000. The salary range for positions that will be physically based in all other locations within the United States is $95,250 - $127,000.Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata's non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses.
