Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Coordination and Task Management:
Coordinate with JLL sub-vendors working in shifts, including MST, fire technicians, fire operators, BMS engineers, painters, carpenters, and plumbersAssign tasks to appropriate sub-vendors based on their expertise and availabilityEnsure timely completion of assigned tasks by sub-vendorsMonitor work progress and quality, reporting any issues to the Duty EngineerPreventive Maintenance Oversight:
Assist in scheduling and coordinating Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activitiesEnsure PPM tasks are completed as per schedule and to the required standardsFollow up with sub-vendors on PPM completion and documentationProject Coordination:
Support the Duty Engineer in coordinating mini-project worksLiaise between sub-vendors and the Duty Engineer for project-related communicationsTrack project progress and report status updates to the Duty EngineerEHS Compliance:
Ensure all work performed by sub-vendors adheres to JLL's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policiesConduct regular safety briefings with sub-vendorsReport any safety concerns or incidents to the Duty Engineer immediatelyTask Completion Verification:
Verify the completion of tasks assigned to vendor partners as per Duty Engineer's instructionsConduct quality checks on completed workCollect and organize necessary documentation for completed tasksCommunication and Reporting:
Maintain clear and effective communication between sub-vendors and the JLL teamProvide regular updates to the Duty Engineer on task progress and completionPrepare and submit reports on vendor performance and task completion as requiredProblem-Solving and Escalation:
Address minor issues with sub-vendors' work or conductEscalate significant problems or concerns to the Duty EngineerAssist in implementing solutions and corrective actions as directed by the Duty EngineerResource Management:
Help manage sub-vendor schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shiftsAssist in identifying resource gaps and communicate these to the Duty EngineerContinuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for improving work processes and vendor managementCollect feedback from sub-vendors and relay relevant information to the Duty EngineerParticipate in training sessions and stay updated on best practices in facility managementDocumentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of sub-vendor activities, task completions, and any issues encounteredEnsure all necessary paperwork related to vendor tasks is properly filled out and filedLocation:
