You will develop robust business plans to maximize the value of the mineral resources Lead and Direct the Company’s Technical functions Lead senior managers attending to mine optimization, mining, processing, smelting, technical services and the application of technologies Stakeholder management Manage Reporting and Governance for your area of responsibility Ensure financial integrity  Implement the HSEQ plan for the Business 
Requirements
Professional Qualification in Mining Engineering degree or diploma 2-3 years’ experience as a member of an Executive Committee in Mining  Knowledge of Mining legislation and good practices Corporate Governance principles Experience across different mining environments / methodologies & Mining Methods (end-to-end) including Advanced technology & mining optimization Knowledge of Mine Technical Systems including Geology, Geohydrology, Mine Ventilation, Mine Planning, Mine Planning Systems, Geotechnical Engineering, Survey and Survey Systems, Assaying and Grade Control Strategic planning  Open Pit and underground Mining and Mining Methods. Knowledge in Cementitious Paste Fill. Business knowledge / acumen; Business Management in a mining environment Competent in mine financial modelling Deswik Suite of Software English required, French an asset  To apply for the Technical Executive position,
