The Fellows organization currently comprises Associate Fellow, Fellow and Senior Fellow positions. Progression through the Fellow ranks requires increasing areas and depth of subject matter expertise, active development of external collaborative networks, demonstration of influence, and the effective mentoring of developing engineers.
