Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field of study7 years experience with production/manufacturing or related role5 years experience in a managerial capacity

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading multifunctional, diverse, and cross departmental teams – driving improvements and changesKnowledge of TPMWorking knowledge of Industry 4.0Knowledge in the fields of investment calculation, cost calculation and cost structureAnalytical problem-solving techniques, Shainin, Six Sigma or similarEffective applied knowledge of machining practices and procedures, and a broad knowledge of basic engineering principles as they applyExceptional continuous improvement process skills in direct and indirect areasStrong proactive, analytical, problem solving, planning and organization skillsThorough knowledge of Manufacturing principles (i.e., Bosch Production Systems), LeanExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience working in international teams/networks – intercultural flexibilityMust be a proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to coach associates and be a role modelWorking SAP SkillsBasic Financial / Business Knowledge
