Technical - Functional Oracle EBS Developer

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities. 

You will be responsible for both functional SDLC tasks and technical development work in PL/SQL working in an Oracle EBS or custom application environment.  Responsibilities include requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, debugging, end-user training, and documentation. You will work directly with technical and business representatives, participating in meetings with key system owners to understand business requirements and supporting the administering and maintaining of development environments. You will be responsible for training team members and increasing capabilities of the team through mentorship and best practices.  You would be responsible to leading a team of junior practitioners. Analyze and debug technical issues based on Oracle Forms, Reports and PL/SQL.

Qualifications Required

8+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Developer and providing functional support on Oracle Financial Modules. 5+ years of OAF or OBIEE or SOA Good understanding of Oracle Financial & procurement module business processes and should be able to articulate it client conversations. Good understanding of Oracle financial & procurement features and should be able to configure, test the Oracle financial modules and transactions. Good Communication skills and should be able facilitate Client conversations independently. 6+ years of experience with Oracle Development, Oracle Report Builder, Oracle Financial Modules, Oracle EBS Purchasing and Oracle Implementations Ownership of client relationships at senior management level within the enterprise space Capability to absorb complex technical information, analyze and effectively communicate concepts to a wide range of audiences. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Direct experience executing successful business transformation projects with measurable results. Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel. Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
