Job Summary
As a Technical Implementation Manager - Associate in our Product Implementation team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of product implementation setups. You will handle a high volume of simultaneous requests, demonstrating strong people and team management skills and a good understanding of mainframe and testing processes. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with onshore tech teams and client tech teams, and requires a willingness to work in evening/night shifts. Understanding of US and Canada treasury products is an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
Manage people and resources effectively, focusing on development, attrition, skills monitoring, and training programs for the team. Maintain effective and standardized operational processes, acting as the point of contact for escalations and high-priority requests from internal clients. Oversee the performance management cycle, including objective setting, development and career planning, performance appraisal, and reward and recognition. Measure productivity and KPIs, conducting regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and coaching sessions. Demonstrate creative problem-solving and sound judgment in decision-making, identifying gaps and exceptions, and recommending possible solutions. Take ownership of internal communication and provide status updates to partners and clients, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLA). Manage projects by handling multiple requests simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to manage conflict and mobilize internal resources to resolve issues.Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills
Exhibit excellent people and team management skills, focusing on development, pipeline and skills monitoring, and training programs. Demonstrate a strong understanding of mainframe systems and UAT or regression testing, with the ability to develop, implement, and maintain effective and standardized operational processes. Communicate effectively with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, coupled with excellent logical and analytical abilities and attention to detail. Manage time and work efficiently, demonstrating a good sense of reporting and the creation of test cases and test scenarios. Utilize knowledge of automation tools such as VBA, Selenium, and UI Path for workflow automation, as well as Power BI for dashboard creation and Confluence for collaboration. Hold an engineering degree with a minimum 9 years of experience in banking, financial services, or treasury product implementation with a testing background.
