Kforce is working with a client in search of a Watchmaker Instructor to join their team! This position is full time, direct hire and on-site in Dallas, TX. We are looking for a talented, committed watchmaker who is interested in joining a team of Technical Instructors as they build a school that is shaping the future of the watchmaking profession in the United States. Overview: Successful candidates will be passionate about the watchmaking profession and be dedicated to sharing this knowledge with future watchmakers. A successful Technical Instructor will be personally invested in the school's success and take personal pride in producing work that exceeds expectations. Additionally, a successful candidate will actively foster teamwork and volunteer to assist others beyond immediate responsibilities. This role requires watchmaking competence and technical knowledge along with practical skills. As a Technical Instructor, candidates will be required to effectively transmit skills, knowledge, and concepts to enable and enhance students' learning. Additionally, the Technical Instructor will provide concise guidance while communicating complex ideas in ways that are easily understood. A Watchmaking Technical Instructor demonstrates commitment to students' intellectual growth and commitment to the watchmaking profession while cultivating an environment of professional development that is safe, respectful and tolerant. Responsibilities: * Ensures students assigned to training receive the necessary content, skills, and context to achieve success in the program * Ensures that presented lessons are clear and in alignment with the ASSW curriculum * Ensures the integrity of the curriculum and training offerings
