Technical Integration Program Analyst
**Description** The Missions, Concepts and Capabilities (MCC) division of Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) is seeking an energetic **Technical Integration Program Analyst** to analyze system solutions to complex and challenging DoD problems and support leading-edge Science & Technology for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)). The applicant will support the office’s major program areas and should be a subject matter expert in Electronic Warfare and Countermeasures (EW&C); Spectrum; Advanced Sensors; Command and Control (C2); Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT); Software/Embedded systems; Autonomy; Advanced Computing; Data Analytics; Communications/Networks; Cybersecurity and Operations; or Nuclear Command, Control, and Communication (NC3). The applicant will support a variety of program functions such as development of strategy documents, coordination of technical programs, developing financial documents, supporting program reviews, and providing technical assessments, among others. **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of recent and relevant experience + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Specialized experience may be substituted in lieu of educational requirements. + TS clearance with SCI eligibility + Subject matter expert in technical area(s) (see above). + Proficient in technical research + EW&C experience + Familiarity with RF and optical sensors, cyber, autonomy, modeling and simulation (M&S), and decision support analytics/visualization + Knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process + Proficient oral and written communication skills + Experience in the execution of projects The work location is at the Pentagon or Mark Center (with the potential for remote work with prior authorization).
