The mobile application is not stable now and needs rework while adding new functionality. There will be a lot of challenging and fun work.Work as a part of an international team of 5-6 react native engineers.Daily communication with Tech Lead from US at the client´ s side.Daily collaboration with colleagues from India.REQUIREMENTSMUST HAVE: Experience/expertise in the following areas specified below:Proven professional experience as a React Native Developer.Strong proficiency in React Native and its core principles and in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and Typescript, CSS, SASSIn-depth knowledge of frontend development, including state management, component lifecycle, and UI/UX principles.Experience using Redux.Familiar with AI tools and proactive driving their usage and application. Experience in Agile software development methodologies.Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).Experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.Practice and initiative mentoring other engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization.Good understanding of SOLID principles.Familiarity with OWASP.Proficiency in the English language.Additional Experience Desired:NICE TO HAVE: Ability to optimize mobile performance and troubleshoot complex issues.Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience working with both native platforms Android (Java) and iOS (Obj-C or Swift) preferredHigh-level design proficiency following UML / C4 / ArchiMate.Experience working with REST APIs and GraphQL (nice to have)AWS or other Cloud Platform(s) experience preferredGen AI ( Good to have )BENEFITSA competitive annual salary based on experience and market demands Flexi-timings Work From AnywhereMedical insurance with the option to purchase a premium plan or HSA option for your entire family Regular Health check-up camps arranged by the company Recreational activities (Pool, TT, Wii, PS2) Business casual atmosphere#LI-Remote#LI-PR
