NetImpact is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead - .NET Development to join our award-winning and innovative team. This role requires a strong technical leader who will drive the architecture, design, and implementation of new software components, features, and versions. The ideal candidate will not only provide hands-on development expertise but also coordinate development efforts across the team, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design and development of scalable .NET-based applications, ensuring high availability and maintainability.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering best practices in coding, design patterns, and system architecture.Design and oversee the implementation of backend services integrating with third-party providers such as Vonage.Guide the development of Razor/Blazor-based front-end interfaces and administrative dashboards using Radzen components and CSS Bootstrap.Establish and enforce software development standards, coding guidelines, and security best practices.Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Optimize and improve microservices running in a Kubernetes-based environment with Dockerized deployments.Drive the integration of ML.NET models into the application workflow for predictive analytics and security enhancements.Oversee unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD automation using GitLab pipelines.Conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide guidance on resolving performance bottlenecks. QualificationsRequired
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.U.S. Citizen; eligible for U.S. Public Trust Security Clearance.6+ years of experience in .NET development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.Deep expertise in .NET Framework, Razor/Blazor, and REST API development.Strong experience with AWS cloud services, Kubernetes orchestration, and microservices architecture.Proficiency in Docker containerization and modern DevSecOps practices.Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS Bootstrap and Radzen components.Experience integrating machine learning models using ML.NET.Hands-on experience with Git, GitLab CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and automated testing frameworks.Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive technical decisions aligned with business needs.Preferred
