Location: Arlington - Primarily Telework (must be able to work onsite at lest one day a week)

Job Overview: As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing technical operations, leading cyber engineering teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions. Your deep understanding of technology, combined with your leadership skills, will drive excellence in our projects. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to the success of customer initiatives.

Responsibilities

Duties:

Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of technical personnel, including cyber engineers, systems engineers, and system administrators.Delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure efficient resource allocation.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Systems Engineering:Apply systems engineering principles to design, develop, and maintain complex IT systems.Collaborate with architects and engineers to create scalable and reliable solutions.Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Cyber Engineering:Manage cybersecurity aspects of infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and databases.Implement security measures, conduct regular audits, and address vulnerabilities.Stay informed about emerging cyber threats and recommend protective measures.

IT Engineering:Oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components.Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of IT systems.Collaborate with IT teams to implement upgrades and enhancements.

Client Satisfaction: Understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 9 yearsof relevant experience in systems engineering, cyber engineering, IT engineering, or related fields.Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) and familiarity with cloud technologies.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
