Ensure Squad alignment to process efficiency, and continuous improvement processes are being implemented, leveraging metrics/reporting and tooling (Jira) according to the methodology

Lead and/or facilitate Scrum and/or other Agile practices, facilitating gradual team adoption and independence

Support a culture that promotes transparency, inspection, and adaptation

Coach Squad members, and other individuals in effective Agile practices•Increase overall Agile maturity

•Nurture adherence to Agile, practices, and principles •Elevate Squad performance •Teach, mentor, role-model, and improve Agile across the organization •Foster self-organization and growth within Squads and Domains •Facilitate communication and collaboration inside and outside of the Squad and Domains •Encourage the Squads to drive to results by routinely assessing achievement against OKRs and KPI’s •Evolve mindsets and behaviors •Coach Squads and organizations on how to build a trusting and safe environment

Build, and lead by example, a culture that promotes transparency, inspection, and 

•Understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), with specific Scrum Master (or similar) experience preferred•Knowledge of Agile software development process (e.g. XP, Kanban, Scrum, etc.)•Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing•Leadership skills including integrity, effective communicator, motivation, responsibility and time management
