Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela) Switching & Routing Cisco and Software Defined Networks. Experience in Store Operations is a plus. Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela) solutions to enhance network performance and reliability.Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Switching & Routing Cisco systems to ensure seamless connectivity.Provide technical expertise in Software Defined Networks to optimize network management and operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with existing infrastructure.Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure high availability.Develop and enforce network security protocols to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance.Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of network services and support.Document network configurations changes and procedures to maintain accurate records and facilitate knowledge sharing.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions for network enhancements.Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful delivery of network-related initiatives.Provide technical support and guidance to other departments to resolve network-related issues and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela) with hands-on experience in deployment and management.Demonstrate expertise in Switching & Routing Cisco systems with a proven track record of successful implementations.Have in-depth knowledge of Software Defined Networks and their application in modern network environments.Experience in Store Operations is a plus providing valuable insights into network requirements for retail environments.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues effectively.Show strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the organization.

Certifications Required

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise SD-WAN Implementation
