Experience in large-scale software products, including requirements gathering, analysis, scripting, workload construction, execution, results analysis, environment trouble-shooting, optimization/. tuning, CPU/memory profiling

Roles and Responsibilities

Business Requirement gathering for designing load model scenarios to be very clear and precise what all are the business requirements.Creation of Test Plan and Test execution to cover up entire business requirements and closure of test plan discussion with all stakeholders and state Performance action plan to achieve the requirements.Script and Scenario creation, different market available tool setup and configurationExecution of stress performance test.Performance analysis and root cause analysis for the performance degradation.Preparation of Performance report and presentation of report to all stakeholders.Coordinate with involved team members (Application Developer, Functional Tester, Project Managers, application maintenance and support engineer) for the application release and to resolve the issues at the earliest.Analyze performance related production issues and provide the root cause analysis for the same.Generate test execution reports and upload validation documents in share point web site for review. Identify and track system defects using JIRA. Performs root cause analysis of the defects and work with the development team to resolve them.Create test cases for Automated regression suite with the help of JIRA tool, Jenkins.Participate on sprint review, grooming, PI planning with the development team and SME.Coordinate and facilitate the gathering of business and system requirements in support of incremental and iterative system development.

Education Requirement: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent or closely related field with relevant experience
