Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Technical Lead to join their team. This person will be responsible for leading the mostly offshore technical team. They will be responsible for soliciting necessary information from application product owners, testers and/or users to efficiently validate reported issues including determination of which application components are in focus. They will query and decipher logging entries by application tiers and components. This person will also be responsible for facilitating discussions between Application Architects and developers are necessary to efficiently triage issues and defects. In addition, document learnings and triage steps for efficient guidance of future incidents.
