Technical Lead

 

 

Position Summary

As a Technical Team Leader, the candidate demonstrates strong skills in both technical and leadership domains. They are expected to lead software development projects and manage team members effectively within an agile/scrum methodology. Key responsibilities include designing and developing applications, supporting system and application architecture design, and ensuring clear communication and alignment with all stakeholders to achieve successful delivery within the expected timeline.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Understand business requirements and the client's business processes. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance high quality, robust and scalable software solutions. Estimate time and constraints, and plan, coordinate, and execute project activities to ensure timely completion. Lead and drive the team members to achieve project goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers and clients both onsite and offshore. Provide unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and end-to-end testing. Write clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documents, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications. Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to identify technical and logical errors and ensure adherence to software development standards and best practices. Actively drive standardization and optimization of applications and processes

 

 

Technical Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in web application development. Proficient in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, TypeScript and Angular. Proficient in Java/Kotlin, Spring Framework (Core, Web, Data, Security, Boot), Maven, JPA, Hibernate, Web Services (REST, SOAP). Experience with relational databases such as Oracle OR PostgreSQL OR MySQL (either one) Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB. Experience with CI/CD process and related tools such as Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Nexus, SonarQube. Proven ability to collaborate with customers and Business Analysts to define and transform requirements into technical designs.

 

Soft skills

Proven ability to lead, manage and mentor team members. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent command of spoken and written in English.

 

Nice to Have skills

Experience with container technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, is a plus. Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus. Experience with monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana, is a plus. Experience with test automation technologies, such as Robot or Playwright, is a plus.
