About this opportunity:

Our Smart Manufacturing team is looking for a 2nd shift Technical Lead over the Electronic Troubleshoot Technicians n Troubleshoot & Repair Department to provide mainly technical support with some leadership duties with the team.  To develop, implement and maintain cost-efficient, ergonomic, and safe production processes, and identify equipment, and tools according to product needs. Will be supporting troubleshooting processes for department and actual troubleshooting of product while providing leadership duties to the team.

What you will do:

We are looking for the next Electronics expert to lead team of Troubleshoot Technicians in daily work load. A person with strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify team members strengths and the capacity to delegate task effectively while promoting a collaborative work environment

The skills you bring:

•    Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering or a similar technical field will consider extensive experience in electronics in place of a Bachelor’s degree.
•    3-5 years of experience in manufacturing supporting technical aspects of 5G product troubleshooting  or similar product experience required.
•    Proficient with the operation of RF measurement instruments such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers, multi-meters (DMM), and oscilloscopes
•    Understanding of telecommunication systems
•    Ability to troubleshoot to component level including root cause analysis and product defect identification
•    Proven ability and experience to lead team of Electronic Technicians to meet goals and assist in troubleshooting
•    Expect to have 30% focus on team lead duties and remaining on technical aspects of troubleshooting
•    Use technical skills to grow competence in troubleshooting team
•    Proven written and verbal skills
•    Experience in cross functional communications to better align across teams
•    Estimated 10% travel requirement, both internationally and domestic
•    May require international travel of up to 1-2 months for product training
