Job Description UCSF seeks an experienced Technical Lead for a six-month engagement with the IT Web team. This role will drive intranet functionality implementation, integrating an employee portal, key websites, and other enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in intranet implementations, cloud-hosted Drupal management, and hands-on development. Experience with other CMS platforms such as SharePoint and Adobe Experience Manager is desired. Skills and Requirements Proven experience leading technical teams in web development and intranet implementation.  Strong technical experience with web portal platforms including Drupal, and other standard CMS such as SharePoint and Adobe Experience Manager.  Expertise in Drupal (cloud-hosted implementations, module development, integrations).  Hands-on development experience in PHP, JavaScript, and related frameworks.  Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar) and DevOps practices.  Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, security, and compliance.  Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.  Ability to assess IT product needs and design solutions.  Experience anticipating obstacles and planning contingencies.  Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and project management skills.
