Technical Lead - Embedded SW

**In this position you will be:**
+ Technically leading the crafting, developing, reviewing, and maintaining of embedded software products.
+ Leading all aspects of embedded software from pre-development, design prototyping, testing, and validation to maintenance with little to no mentorship.
+ Planning and completing multiple project requirements with changing priorities.
+ Reviewing the code of junior developers to ensure that coding standard methodologies are rigorously followed.
+ Ensuring efficient performance, reliability, and resource utilization.
+ Implementing and optimizing communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, or wireless technologies.
+ Debugging and solving software and hardware issues.
+ Optimizing code and algorithms for memory and processing efficiency.
+ Improving system performance and response times.
+ Crafting and updating various types of documentation, such as code comments, user manuals, and design documents.
+ Implementing security features and adhering to safety standards relevant to the industry.
+ Collaborating with multi-functional teams including hardware engineers.
You Have:
+ Bachelor's Degree or above in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
+ Proven 8+ years of experience in design and programming within an embedded systems environment and Linux..
