Responsibilities:

Perform high quality web application pen tests while meeting project deadlines.Validate security tool output, find vulnerabilities the tools can't, and create proof of concepts of various vulnerabilities to demonstrate them to stakeholders.Research new tools and techniques to constantly improve the pen test process.Generate high quality reports and be able to present them to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Working with application developers to help them understand various vulnerabilities, the impact of the vulnerabilities, and high-level recommendations on how to fix the vulnerability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related technical field; or equivalent work experience.5+ years of experience in penetration testingGood understanding of web applications, the pen test process, and pen testing toolsFundamental understanding of security knowledge around native applications, web applications, distributed and database systems. (Understanding of Web Services is a plus)Deep and broad understanding of security vulnerabilities and attacksBe able to understand and communicate what the vulnerability is, what impact it has on the organization, and what the recommend fix is.High enthusiasm, integrity, ingenuity, results-orientation, self-motivation, and resourcefulness in a fast-paced competitive environmentAbility to work within a global organization.Have a deep desire to work collaboratively.
