Technical Lead -Java Fullstack

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Selenium Karate GITHUB Jenkins CI Java Fullstack Java REST Web API Java Platform APIs Java Design Patterns Java 11 Java 8 Core Java and Advanced JavaScript. Experience in Wealth Management Operations Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of complex software solutions using Java Fullstack technologies. Oversee the integration of Selenium and Karate for automated testing processes. Provide expertise in GITHUB for version control and Jenkins CI for continuous integration. Develop and maintain Java REST Web APIs to ensure seamless communication between systems. Utilize Java Platform APIs and Java Design Patterns to create robust and scalable applications. Ensure code quality and performance by leveraging Java 11 Java 8 Core Java and Advanced JavaScript. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement. Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering innovative and efficient software solutions. Impact society by developing software that enhances financial services and operations.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Selenium Karate GITHUB Jenkins CI Java Fullstack Java REST Web API Java Platform APIs Java Design Patterns Java 11 Java 8 Core Java and Advanced JavaScript. Demonstrate experience in Wealth Management Operations Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Show ability to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts. Display strong communication and collaboration skills. Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Be committed to continuous learning and professional development.

Certifications Required

Certified Java Developer Selenium Certification Jenkins Certification

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $115,000 to $135,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
