Job Description
Purpose:The ‘Cluster Technical Lead’ position is a key role for the esteemed client; being part of the Cluster leadership team this person will be responsible to manage all Engineering related systems (Electrical and Mechanical) including maintenance, efficiency upgrades, minor projects and lifecycle replacements as well as manage consultants for new and replacement equipment to meet the standards and guidelines of the bank. The person will be actively responsible for management of Energy and Water usage across all Countries in the Cluster. The role will lead respective Country Engineering teams including vendor management and the self-performing technician workforce. This role, from time to time, is also expected to support and provide leadership and best practices to other account disciplines such as Health & Safety, Security, Projects, etc.
The Cluster Technical Lead will primarily be the focal point for all Engineering, Energy and Project related account issues working closely with the Subject Matter Expert network and the Country Leads to maximize the breadth of information produced across all the work-streams to provide insightful information to support decision making.
The role will also take a leadership position for ensuring a joined-up delivery approach across the spectrum of services delivered out of each country in the Cluster to deliver:
