Position Summary
The Lead Salesforce role will be responsible for building and mentorship of a multi-skilled Salesforce team as well as design and implementing Salesforce solutions for our customers that follow best practices in both IT and Salesforce projects.

Mandatory Skills

Completion of several salesforce integration and extension projects in development and technical lead roles. Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies Hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Implementation projects which included building customized application using Apex Trigger, Apex Classes, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Components, LWC, Apex Jobs, Integrations, Lightning Flow, standard configurations. Hands on experience in CI/CD Tools like GIT, GITLAB and AutoRABIT Client-focused attitude. 5 or more years of experience managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and system development Knowledge of enterprise systems and CRM.

Roles And Responsibilities

Lead technical requirements gathering sessions and writing technical requirements documents. Manage technical scope and client expectation. Lead technical design sessions and writing technical design documents. Manage the technical delivery of components which involves integrations. Responsible for providing hands on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues and contribute to delivery of the same. Manage the Release process on deployment and components validation

Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science and Engineering)
