Our work depends on a Technical Lead joining our team who has at least 10+ experience in IT disciplines in the area of operations, analysis and virtual operations to support customer requirements. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required. **HOW A TECHNICAL LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:** + Be responsible for designing and maintaining an on-premise multi-tenant data center environment + Be the lead point of contact (POC) for the Sponsor on all technical related issues, including Tier 1-3 support **WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:** + Strong ability to work with leadership team to plan and execute tactical and strategic efforts + Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate experienced technical staff + Through proactive leadership, creates an environment where the impact of technology on the business is clearly recognized + Demonstrate planning and organization skills + Demonstrate ability to communicate issues, impacts, and corrective actions + Demonstrate ability to clearly report relevant information + MS Office suite **WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:** Required Qualifications: + A bachelor’s degree in an IT or engineering related field. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree in an IT or engineering field, candidates may substitute with four (4) years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
