Joining the Organizational Learning team, you will act as an advisor on production training needs. You will work closely with strategic partners to propose learning solutions to help achieve manufacturing plan objectives. **What are your contributions to the team?** + Participate in the proactive analysis of training needs and in the validation and identification of training approaches, tools and content + Develop and update technical training content and practical activities + Develop classrooms and the learning environment required for training + Distribute training sessions + Support the integration of new employees + Act as an advisor and resource person, providing the technical expertise required to resolve complex operational problems + Lead coaching sessions to provide feedback to learners + Recognize and seize opportunities for continuous improvement, develop an improvement plan and communicate it to stakeholders + Promote continuous training, human development and operational excellence **How to thrive in this role?** + You have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an aeronautical structure assembler + You have a vocational diploma (DEP), a college diploma (DEC) in aircraft structural assembly, avionics or aerospace engineering + You have experience in learning, adult education, project management, coaching + You have excellent interpersonal skills + You have the ability to influence people + You are a team player + You are adaptable and tolerant of change + You have good organizational and planning skills + You have computer skills in Microsoft Office 365 + You are bilingual French and English **Boarding Information** Please note applicants should be prepared to work night and/or evening shifts based on business needs.
