Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Learner Advocacy: Act as the primary advocate for the learner ensuring content assets meet their needs.
Strategic Alignment: Integrate business and technology strategies into the learning solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Balance inputs from various stakeholders, such as Technology Product Management, Technical Marketing, Professional Services, and Global Support.
Continuous Improvement: Evolve learning solutions for role-based delivery.
Technical Content Strategy: Develop and administer the technical content strategy.
Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality and composition.
Backlog Alignment: Align team backlog with customer and stakeholder needs.
Content Development: Perform curation and development activities to assemble learning materials for content presentation, practice, and assessment.
Learning Analysis: Conduct learning analysis to identify gaps and improve learning solutions.
Feedback Integration: Analyze learning consumption and feedback surveys to ensure materials remain relevant and effective, and report trends to technical content development leaders, advising on what needs to be added to the backlog and prioritized.
