Weyerhaeuser Company is seeking a Technical Librarian Intern for our Arcadia Oriented Strand Board Mill (OSB) located in Simsboro, Louisiana.

Weyerhaeuser Arcadia OSB is located in Lincoln parish. We are approximately 20 minutes west of Ruston and 30 minutes east of Minden.

Key Intern Functions:
Intern roles and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Resolving a manufacturing issue by leading a mill trial (writing the trial plan, coordination, data analysis, communicating of results and report writing)Participation in capital or maintenance project teamMaintaining level of preservation of mill infrastructureAssisting mill process owners in optimizing process economics and process controlsWorking with team development managers to improve team performanceOther duties/ projects as assigned or required as needed.
