The person will be responsible for providing an technical leadership to IDMC CDI capabilities. The candidate will lead and facilitate the EDO governance initiatives and work with relevant stakeholders, IT Leadership and Product teams to efficiently manage risks associated with managing Riversand MDM and IDMC platform. The key governance activities that are expected to be facilitated by this role are:
Adhering to Delivery Standards and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization Work on critical project tasks and track the progress of junior team members. Liaison with Scrum master in delivering scrum metrics and take active part in scrum of scrums. Work with leads and other capability owners across the global teams in time zones across US, Europe and Asia Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved (Timelines and stakeholder management) Project Transition – Lead the team to provide transitions to Support teams and be the primary point of contact for the application/platform. Govern and monitor data delivery metrics and communicate to business partners Perform impact analysis of a new change to the data platform Independently perform RCA and come up with timely resolution steps for any critical initiatives or Tier3 escalated incidents Participate in Product Retrospective - Project (postmortem) review. Include assessment of benefits realization, lessons learned, operating costs, support, usage. Assess product lifecycle Bring New ideas for improving Operations Participate in and manage the roadmap discussions and provide your expert thoughts Mentor and train junior associates.
