Directs Quality Management System to implement quality systems, procedures, and methods. Monitors and ensures compliance with quality policies, procedures, and related customer and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Track, analyze, and lead initiatives for internal quality and customer complaint issues. Advise managers of specific quality issues or trends and work to ensure systems are in place to meet/exceed customer expectationsWork with customers, customer service, sales, and plant personnel to establish technical requirements for the products and services provided while resolving customer complaints effectively and efficientlyOversee facility Test Labs, equipment calibrations/maintenance, document/management reviews, and employee training as it relates to the QualityLead/Manage all internal and external regulatory compliance audits and oversee all required follow-up corrective actionsDevelop, implement, and maintain environmental compliance monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting activities to ensure compliance with local, state and federal requirements, Areas of activities include air, wastewater, storm water, solid and hazardous waste, SPCC, CERCLA/EPCRA, TSCA, AND FDA Qualifications and Requirements: Knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental regulationsExperience managing a quality management systemLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification Project Management experience leading teamsPossess a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 10 or more years of relevant experience  Benefits and Perks: $96 – $137kExcellent benefits and opportunity for growthDirect Hire Opportunity401K, PTO Your New Organization:Leading supplier of industrial packaging products and services, growing from its beginnings in Cleveland, OH, to a global footprint across more than 30 countries and 200-plus locations. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
