Job Description Summary

Manages and coordinates multidiscipline product development projects regarding technical feasibility assessment, planning, design optimization, cost/schedule management, risk assessment/mitigation, project communication and ongoing production support. Achieves the quality, reliability, timely production and ongoing support of new or enhanced products as identified in organizational goals and associated project specifications.

Job Description

Lead and manage engineering projects to ensure flawless execution.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to determine and achieve project success.Coordinate the design and testing of advanced engineering solutions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policiesAchieves product engineering operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements.Interfaces with customer representatives throughout the product development cycle to gather requirements, ensure design meets the requirement, and gain approval to use the design in production.

Required Skills and Education

Basic Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in a technical management role in a manufacturing environmentStrong background in engineering with a focus on electric propulsion, driveline, or metal forming technologies.Ability to work collaboratively and inclusively within a diverse team.Outstanding problem-solving skills and a diligent approach.Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and align team objectives with company strategy.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Engineering or a related fieldExperience working in Forging or Heat Treatment
