To identify the skills of inspectors and train them accordingly as per company requirementConnecting with inspectors for clarifying the doubts on daily basis to align with our ACB’s recommendationMonthly Training Calendar PreparationAcademy Training Records MonitoringCIP (Continue Improvement Process) Auditor Tools and calibration check list validation on Monthly basisTo reduce Claim level and manage the dataMaintain Quality records of individual inspectorsSubmitting Monthly records on ClP process to the management on timely manner

Qualifications

B.Tech / Diploma in Textiles

Textile Graduate
