Job Description We are seeking an experienced and qualified Technical Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of a fleet in the Caspian Region, ensuring compliance with safety, efficiency, and regulatory standards.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Chief Engineer Unlimited License. 5+ years of shore-based experience as Technical Manager or in a similar role Extensive experience with AHTS or DP vessels from a shore-based perspective or from time spent at sea. Sailing experience as Chief Engineer on offshore vessels. Strong team management skills (10-12 personnel). Excellent spoken and written English skills.
