About the Role:
Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance of buildings, utilities, and other camp facilities, ensuring they are functional, safe, and compliant with military standards.Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for key infrastructure (e.g., water systems, electrical, HVAC), reducing downtime and enhancing facility longevity.Repairs and Troubleshooting: Manage the repair and troubleshooting of facilities-related issues, coordinating with contractors and internal teams to resolve problems efficiently.Safety and Compliance: Ensure all facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.Coordination and Reporting: Collaborate with senior officers, contractors, and team members to plan and execute maintenance activities, and report on the status of facilities and upcoming needs.Emergency Maintenance: Respond to emergencies related to facilities (e.g., power outages, flooding, structural issues), minimizing impact on operations and ensuring swift resolutions.About You:
Diploma in Facilities Management / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Services or equivalent.2 years relevant Facilities Operation experience in a FM service provider / factories / owner.FSM / ECO / other FM and Safety related certificates will have added advantage.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
