Project Management 

Update and maintain project data. Maintain oxygen data collection systems and tools. Document, review, and update project data collection procedures. Assist in planning and coordinating projects from start to finish to ensure project success. Project management of oxygen work in ADAPT Prepare weekly and bi-weekly project monitoring reports, including progress, challenges, and mitigations. Support implementation of ClickUp.

Program Output

Provide administrative support for reviewing technical specifications and Provide feedback and track progress on procuring and installing medical oxygen systems. Provide remote and in-person technical assistance in the support of installation and maintenance of oxygen systems. Support coordination of work among interdisciplinary teams of engineers, health professionals, and contractors. Project coordination for oxygen system projects. Act as a project coordinator in any engineering-related project within the organization

Monitoring and Reporting

Compile monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports in line with performance indicator targets and desired project outputs and outcomes. Coordinate and compile inputs from technical team leads for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and submit draft reports to the line manager.
