Report to: Service Engineering & Operations (SE&O) Manager
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma degree in Mechanical or Automobile
At least 5 to 7 years in Automotive Industry/dealership is a plus
Engineering background in Automotive Industrial is preferable
Mechanical aptitude
Good English proficiency communication, reading and writing
Computer literacy level
Good presentation skill, Communication, and interpersonal skills
Work well under pressure and highly achievement oriented
Self-driven and motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to develop open and cooperative relations with internal and external team
Open to work with central team on different time zone, ability to travel occasionally If required. Knowledge of dealership Network is must.
Support Field Service Action (FSA) & In Transit Stop Ship (ITSS)
Work with Office of General Counsel (OGC) and Environment and Safety Compliance (E&SE) along and release Field Service Bulletins to the dealerships
Track FSAs and work on GCAMP for FSA related activities
Work with warranty team for creating PDRs
Work with Part Supply & Logistics (PS&L) team for ensuring FSA parts
Monthly FSA completion and missed VINS reporting
Sharing the FSA missed VINS to Service Zone Managers (SZMs) and support them for FSA completion
Lead and conduct monthly FSA review
Lead New Model Launch:
New Model launch deck preparation
Review and track to Green of all SE&O New Model Launch actions
Work with IMG Upstream and PS&L and support tools & Equipment coordination
Periodic update to SE&O manager on new model deck
Tools & Equipment:
Making sure new dealer is equipped with ESSTs and FDRS as required.
Work with Field Service engineers for ensuring tools audit completion
Report out missing tools and work with SZMs for procurement
Bi-weekly and monthly report out dealer outlet wise tools procurement status
SE&O PR ~ PO handling:
Work with Ariba for PR and PO requirements
Maintain PO copies and review invoices for processing
Ensure renewals of SE&O purchase service PO time to time
SE&O Reports & meetings:
Maintain SE&O sharepoint and database of SE&O team
Report out Field Service Engineer (FSE) dealer visit reports (DVR) and report weekly basis
Report out Rapid Hub daily basis and tracking data to drive for the Technical VOR target
Conduct weekly and monthly FSE connect with their score card
Conduct monthly FSA meetings to review FSA missed and completion VINs
Release SE&O Monthly Newsletter
Ensure SE&O Bi-weekly and monthly key metrics report
Report weekly and monthly FIRFT report and track High impact low FIRFT dealers
Conduct tech talk shows
Track SWIS calls and manage dealer renewals tracking
Service Publication:
Maintain PTS website and its contents
Provide access for new technicians
