Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring and performing first level maintenance of shop equipment and machinery.
- Successfully setup manufacturing equipment to specifications on router or on drawing.
- Perform routine inspections of manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Collect data using micrometers and additional measurement tools as specified in processes to ensure production of machinery is accurate.
- Adjust machinery as needed.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

- High School diploma or equivalent
-1-3 years experience operating & setting up automatic or semi-automatic centerless grinders, surface grinders, lathes, and lappers
- Ability to run machines to complete tasks, read micrometers, monitor equipment / machinery, and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Experienced with accurately reading drawings.
- Experienced with performing routine first level inspections of manufacturing equipment
- Basic computer skills
