Overview We are seeking a Fund Treasury Technical Platform Lead to support our client on-site in their San Francisco office. This individual will play a key role in supporting all aspects of technology for the fund treasury business team. This team is responsible for overseeing the 40/ACT and UCITS business products and ensuring accurate and timely NAV oversight using a variety of workflow tools and processes. This person will work very closely with multiple business and technology teams to ensure all platforms are properly configured and manage a backlog of improvements and strategic business initiatives. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities: Facilitate technology projects from start to finish, including gathering/documenting requirements, communicating with development team, and overseeing/assisting with testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance Manage backlog of business team’s requirements and facilitate prioritization and development Develop a detailed understanding of the Fund Treasury workflows and current technology solutions that support them Perform product management activities such as requirements gathering, detailed data analysis, and testing while collaborating with business teams. Participate in daily stand-ups and scrum sessions with development teams. Plan and forecast project and development activities across initiatives with project managers and SCRUM masters. Participate in the onboarding and oversight of project resources as needed. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience on project teams in the financial services industry, ideally within a buy side organization Four year college degree Demonstrate a strong understanding of data analysis and SQL Understanding of NAV calculation and oversight preferred Understanding of fund accounting data and how it relates to investment management, trading, performance, compliance and regulatory functions Understanding of full development lifecycle and interest in pursuing a career in an evolving technology organization Passion for learning and managing new technologies Understanding of financial instruments and pricing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Passion for product development and technology solutions Relevant project management experience Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment EOE Statement Evolver is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer. The annual salary range for this position in San Francisco Bay Area is between: $150,000—$175,000 USD.
