Technical Project Manager Responsibilities: + Create management, communication plans and processes. + Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties. + Define project responsibilities with stakeholders. + Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports. + Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects + Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones + Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects + Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives + Experience with Agile Kanban methodology. + Experience with Jira. Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related technical field required + A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Technical Project Manager. + Must possess an understanding of Data Center Infrastructure + Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, and proficiency in Jira. + Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred + Experience and knowledge of hardware and software installation, upgrades, site maintenance, development and more. + Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods + Familiarity with software development methodology, hardware configurations, and IT infrastructure. + Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others + Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality + Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills + Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
