Job Title: Technical PMO

Location: Mobile, Alabama

Job Description:

As a Technical PMO, you will support project success by identifying and resolving issues, tracking performance, managing the flow of goods and equipment, and ensuring process compliance.

The resource will report to the Project Responsible in the Support to Operations teams and to the Senior PMO, leader in the Single Aisle Ramp-Up organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify Problems and Progress to Resolution:

Proactively identify project issues, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement solutions and ensure project risks are mitigated.

Daily Meeting - Review of Performance:

Coordinate and lead daily meetings to review the project’s performance and progress.Ensure alignment with key project objectives and track achievements, deadlines, and important metrics.

Tracking of Competence Ramp-up within the Team:

Monitor the development of team members' skills and proficiencies.

Support managers in tracking individual growth and offering assistance for professional development as needed.

Management of the In-Flow and Out-Flow of Goods and Equipment:

Coordinate logistics and ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth operations for the supply chain and project execution.

Ensure Compliance with New Processes (Supported by Compliance Manager):

Ensure all team activities adhere to updated project processes and compliance standards.

Collaborate with the Compliance Manager to ensure that legal, regulatory, and organizational standards are met.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess the following abilities:

Proven experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or technical management role.

Good understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in handling logistics, the flow of goods and equipment, or related operations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with compliance and quality control procedures.

Mentality geared towards problem-solving with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
