Job Description US PR 60-70/hr  As a Technical Product Analyst at a Top Consulting Firm, this person will be responsible for developing and enhancing the Expert Search and AI Chatbot Agent solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the effective execution of product roadmaps, facilitating team operations, and working closely with key stakeholders. The role requires a deep understanding of generative AI technologies and search engines, combined with excellent project management and communication skills. You will be involved in epic planning, story mapping, refinement, unblocking team members, and ensuring optimal team performance. This is a contract until the end of the year with extensions based on performance. Day to Day  1. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, epic planning, and backlog refinement.  2. Collaborate with development teams and ensure alignment with Agile Scrum methodologies.  3. Ensure all user stories and product epics are clear, detailed, and prioritized.  4. Manage product backlog and ensure smooth sprint delivery.  5. Drive the technical aspects of generative AI implementations, utilizing platforms like OpenAI and Azure AI.  6. Focus on search engine optimization  7. Experience with Elastic Search is a plus, particularly in enhancing search functionality and performance.  8. Act as a key contact for team members, ensuring smooth collaboration.  9. Assist in troubleshooting technical or operational roadblocks, ensuring timely delivery.  10. Coordinate between cross-functional teams  11. Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment with business goals.  12. Present roadmaps, product updates, and technical insights clearly to stakeholders.  13. Monitor and optimize cloud costs, particularly related to AI model hosting Ensure the technical infrastructure is cost-effective and scalable for global use. Skills and Requirements - 3-5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Product Manager, or a similar role in AI, software, or search engine technologies.  - Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools  - Track record of managing and optimizing cloud-based AI products a plus Strong experience working in Agile development environments, with a focus on OKRs, iterative product development and delivery. 1.
