DuPont Lithography Business – Technical Product Engineer (Cheonan, Korea)

DuPont Lithography Business is looking for a proactive and hands-on Technical Product Engineer to join our team in Cheonan, Korea. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy working closely with manufacturing teams, and excel at problem-solving, this role is for you!

Your Impact

Optimize products & processes – Improve lithography products using Most Effective Technology (MET) for mixing, filtration, and processing.

Solve real-time manufacturing challenges – Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and enhance process efficiency.

Ensure quality & reliability – Collaborate with Quality and FAB Scientists to refine process control and product performance.

Drive process improvements – Manage Process Change Notifications (PCN), update specifications, and optimize batch production.

Customer-focused problem-solving – Address RFAs, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with sales, marketing, and customers.

Lead data-driven decisions – Utilize SPC, DOE, and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance product performance.

What You Bring

B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry

3+ years of hands-on experience in production or development engineering

Experience in semiconductor, polymers, or chemical industries

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Hands-on mindset – Comfortable working directly with manufacturing teams

Knowledge of photoresist and ancillary manufacturing is a plus

Familiarity with SAP, JMP, Six Sigma DMAIC is a plus
